We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. An order is processed after payment is accepted. Packing usually takes 3 to 7 business days, then the carrier has the parcel.

Estimated delivery

These are estimates in business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier. They are not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs can add time, and busy holidays can add a few days.

Shipping fee

Orders over $30 ship free. Under $30, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When the order ships, we email a tracking link. The first scan can take 5 to 7 days. If the estimated window has passed and tracking is still empty, email service@boinne.com.

Address

Please check the address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel after it has left the warehouse, and we are not responsible for a delivery to an address you entered.
