If an item is not right, email us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

• The item was bought from BOINNE.
• It is unused, unwashed, and in the condition you received it, with the original packaging where possible.
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can send the return address.

If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping. Include proof of purchase in the parcel.

Refunds

After the return arrives and is approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method. That usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Your bank may take another billing cycle to show it. We email you when the refund is sent.

Items we cannot accept back

• Perishable goods
• Underwear and other intimates, once the hygiene seal is open
• Gift cards
• Custom items
• Digital products

Cancel an order

You can cancel while the order has not shipped. Email service@boinne.com with the order number. After shipment, use the return steps above.
